This is what we want you to do for each module: review every lesson, take practice questions, clear your study decks, then complete clinical practice.

Study plan for each module

1. Review all lessons
Complete every microlesson in the module before you move on to questions.
2. Take 20 practice questions
Answer 20 questions in that module. Read every rationale. Missed items go into your study decks.
3. Clear your study decks
Work Flashcards, Fill-in-the-Blank, and One-Minute Reviews until the Study deck is empty.
4. Complete clinical practice
Do Teach-Back, Clinical Pathways, and First 5 Minutes so you practice what you would do with a patient.

Review all lessons for the module

Lessons come first. They give you the concept in short cards so practice questions and clinical tools make sense.

Select the class, then use Topics to focus the module you are studying.
Open Lessons from the top of the page or from Menu.
Work through every microlesson in that module until each one is complete.
Progress saves as you go — you can leave and continue later.

Take 20 practice questions

After lessons, open Practice Questions for the same module. The completion goal is 20 questions unless your instructor set a different topic requirement.

Open Practice Questions and keep the same module selected.
Start a session and answer 20 questions. Use Unseen only when you want new items first.
Tap Check Answer and read the rationale every time — that is the learning, not just the score.
Wrong answers automatically store a Flashcard, Fill-in-the-Blank, and One-Minute Review in your Study deck. You can also store any type after a correct answer.

Select a class from Menu, then open this tool from Study.

Clear out all study items

Clearing your study items means mastering everything in the Study deck so nothing is left to review. That is how you finish the deck requirement for the module.

Open Flashcards, Fill-in-the-Blank, and One-Minute Reviews from Study.
Stay on the Study deck (not Mastered).
Work each item. When you know it, tap Got it — it moves to Mastered.
Keep going until every Study deck shows empty. You can reopen Mastered later if you want a refresh.

Clinical practice

These three tools are required, not extra. They ask you to apply the module the way you would with a patient: explain it, walk a case, and act in the first minutes of a situation.

Teach-Back
Practice explaining a concept out loud as if you are teaching a patient or a classmate. The AI listens and responds so you can close gaps in your explanation.
What to do
1. Open Teach-Back with the same module selected.
2. Start practice and explain the idea in your own words — what it is, why it matters, and what the patient should do.
3. Keep the conversation going until you finish. Completion is recorded when you end the session with the AI.
Done when: Complete at least 1 Teach-Back in the module.

Clinical Pathways
Work a patient case the way you would on the floor: assess, prioritize, then intervene, and say why at each step.
What to do
1. Open Clinical Pathways and start a scenario.
2. Write your assessment, then your prioritization, then your intervention and rationale.
3. Submit and read the AI feedback. Use it to tighten the next case, not as a grade.
Done when: Complete at least 1 Clinical Pathway in the module.

First 5 Minutes
Practice rapid assessment and prioritization — what you would do in the first five minutes of a clinical situation, before you have a full picture.
What to do
1. Open First 5 Minutes and start practice.
2. Read the scene, then submit the actions you would take first and why those come before other options.
3. Review the feedback and repeat if you want more reps. The goal is judgment under time pressure, not memorizing a script.
Done when: Complete at least 1 First 5 Minutes scenario in the module.
